Shipping Info & Estimate Delivery

Q: How and when will my order be shipped?
We ship most of our orders directly from our warehouse in Chennai. There are some products that ship directly from manufacturers (drop ship). Our warehouse staff packs and ships orders Monday through Friday(except holidays). Most orders leave the warehouse within 2 days of being placed. Though we process your orders 7 days a week, our carriers pick up packages Monday through Friday only.
Packages will reach out to you in 2 to 5 business days from the day it has been shipped except on few exceptional cases like transportation interrupted due to natural disasters such as floods etc. You will receive your packages through Fedex or we select the most cost-efficient carrier to deliver your order once it's ready to be shipped.
 
Q: How to Track Your Order?
Customers who provide an email address will receive order status updates. These may include an order confirmation email, followed by a shipping notification email including tracking information.

To track your package and view its estimated arrival date you can:
Click here: https://www.vettikart.com/track-your-order and enter your tracking number and select Fedex as carrier to view the status of your order shipment. If your tracking status isn't immediately available, please check again in the next 12 hours.
 
Q: How to Ship to a Different Address?
If you wish to send your complete order to an address that is different than the billing address you provide us, simply select the "ship to address" in "Billing Information" and  enter the delivery address in the Shipping Information during Checkout.
 
Q: Can I Split an Order Between Two Shipping Addresses?
If you are splitting the order between two addresses (i.e. sending some products to one address and other products to a different address), each order will need to be entered separately. See "Shipping to a Different Address" above for instructions on sending products to an address different than your billing address. Shipping and handling charges will be added to each order.
 
Q: Can an item's size effect shipping cost?
In some cases products classified as oversized due to weight or measurement may require additional shipping fees. You may check your estimated shipping rate in the My Cart. These items/orders may be excluded from free shipping promotions. Additional shipping fees and transit time may be required for these items.
